Just wanted to let you know the teefino is working great as a coffee substitute! Haven’t had a cup of real coffee for 3 weeks. Also, cross your fingers but the excema breakouts have cleared up! I’m eating lots of veggies (brought back my daily breakfast shake – one beet, a few carrots, celery and spinach along with a tablespoon of cacao powder and some brown rice syrup, yummy chocolate shake). Also I take a bag of veggies for lunch to have with hummus or my egg salad sandwich with yeast free bread.
Thanks again for the coffee idea, never thought I’d give it up!
