WOMEN’S HOLISTIC HEALTH COURSE ENROLLMENT CONTRACT
This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the policies and terms and conditions for the students (“Students”) of Women’s Holistic Health (“Course”) created and facilitated by Cobblestone Health Ltd (the “Company”). By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you are acknowledging and confirming that you, the Student, will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
The Course The Course is a 10-session group course where the Course start date is defined as the date of the first scheduled webinar class and where the Course end date is defined as the tenth webinar class. Sessions will normally be held on a weekly basis. The 10th and final session is a mentoring session to help attendees with women’s health cases they are working on. The Company has the right to modify the Course at any time, for any reason, and will ensure that the Student is provided with applicable updates if they are within the Course duration.
The Course components that are included for the duration of the Course include:

Bonuses
Bonuses are provided at no cost for the convenience of the Student and may be changed or revoked at any time. l They may include:
o Recordings of class session webinars
o Downloadable support materials
Contact with the Instructor The Student understands personal contact is permitted via email, text, and direct messaging for the duration of the course and should be kept to discussions about the content and not about personal health concerns or clients the student may be working with.

Student Access
Students will retain access to all online materials for 24 months from the course start date.
Certification
The Student acknowledges that no certification credentials will be offered for this course and that a certificate of attendance stating 18-hours of training will be issued to students who complete all course quizzes within 30 days of the final (mentoring) session. Copyright
All course materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced to give away, sell, or used to teach classes, courses, or workshops.
Program Fees All program fees are subject to applicable taxes.
If the Student chooses the payment plan, she/he will be charged the initial payment at the time of enrolling and then will be charged installments on the same day of the month or approximately every 30 days, for the remaining months. The Course fees include everything outlined in The Course section. If the Student chooses the monthly payment plan, she/he is responsible for ensuring that her/his account remains in good standing for the duration of the Course. Should there be issues with a declined payment the Student will have 5 business days to bring her/his account into good standing. If the account is not brought into good standing within 5 business days the Student’s Course will be put on hold and access to the course and all bonuses will be denied until the account is brought into good standing. If the account remains in poor standing for a duration of 15 business days, the Student’s Course will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
No refunds of any kind will be issued for any reason for the Course.
This contract is enacted in the province of Alberta. Any disputes will be settled in Alberta according to Alberta laws.
